Sacred Geometry in 3D: Art Therapy Sessions Sacred Geometry in 3D: Art Therapy for Healing Through Craft Sculpture of Platonic Solids in Clay Select a date from the drop-down menu. Join us for this art therapy session with Virginia Gómez Bettosini, Waldorf instructor and art therapist visiting from México. This workshop is an exploration of Platonic Solids in clay, with therapeutic principles of art therapy. Students will make solid forms out of clay–pyramid, sphere, cube and more–depending on each person’s process during the workshop. Platonic sacred geometry helps limit and shape in order to achieve a more objective perception that promotes mental mobility. The practice of building these structures, with their own innate beauty helps to recover inner rectitude. They transmit security and self-efficacy. Platonics can bring strength and peace, while giving order to chaos. They unload, and remove weight. They transform tensions, and help to integrate. They produce stimuli that induce healing responses. And, they reinforce and strengthen. Join us in this art therapy session and explore the process and benefits together. No experience necessary. All materials and tools provided. Clay forms will not be fired, but instead air-dried.
