Cancellations & Refunds:

For classes, workshops, clubs, &/or series, cancellation requests must be received a minimum of 7 days before the start date for a refund (minus the 5% credit card processing fee).
For youth camps, cancellation requests must be received a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) before the start date for a refund (minus the 5% credit card processing fee).
There will be no refunds for tardiness or no-shows to any classes, workshops, clubs, series &/or camps.
There will be no make-up days.

Transfers:

Enrollment in classes, workshops, clubs, series &/or camps may be transferred to someone else if they meet the requirements for the class. However, transfers must happen before the course begins &/or for the entire course in the case of series. Please email us to let us know who’s coming.

Gift Cards:

Gift card sales are final. There will be no refunds. Gift cards are transferrable.

Returns on Physical Products: 

For physical goods purchased from San Diego Craft Collective, some items are not eligible for return. Please email us first to inquire if the item you purchased is returnable & refundable.

If your return is approved, return physical items in the box it was received in. It may be mailed back to us or dropped off in-person during business hours at San Diego Craft Collective, 2590 Truxtun Rd., Studio 106, SD 92106. As a nonprofit arts center, we do not pay for return shipping fees and do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
Once we receive your goods, we’ll inspect them to make sure they’re in good, sale-able condition. Note: there is a 10% restocking fee.
If items are found to be in good, sale-able condition, Craft Collective will process a refund for the amount of the item (no shipping fees included), less the 10% restocking fee.


Health | Behavior
Health Policy:
For everyone’s safety, the following are reasons a person of any age should not come to a class, workshop, series, club &/or camp:
Fever, diarrhea, or vomiting in the last 24hrs
Signs of a newly developing cold/cough, green/yellow snot
Pink eye/conjunctivitis symptoms
Uncontrollable coughing
Undiagnosed rashes
Unusual or unexpected loss of appetite, fatigue, irritability, or headache
Any discharge or draining from eyes, nose, ears or open sores
If a child is at a class or camp and displays these symptoms, they will need to be picked up immediately.

Behavior Policy:
Disruptive behavior will result in a parent-teacher conference. Continued disruptions are grounds for dismissal from our program.

Privacy Notice
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, register you for a class or to ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

    You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

    • See what data we have about you, if any.
    • Change/correct any data we have about you.
    • Have us delete any data we have about you.

    Security
    We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

    We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also strive to protect your information offline. No credit card information is stored offline on our site. All payments are processed through Braintree/PayPal our third-party credit card process provider.
