FIBER FEST At Studio | Friday, Saturday, Sunday | May 15, 16, 17 Join us at San Diego Craft Collective for Fiber Fest–a vibrant celebration of natural textiles and sustainability, bringing together fiber artists, artisans, sustainability advocates, and local farmers. This event is designed to build community within the Southern California Fibershed, showcasing the journey of natural textiles from sheep to finished fabric. Fiber Fest will feature San Diego County Spinners as they take on the International Back to Back Wool Challenge, inviting our community to experience fiber arts from fleece to finished garment in real time, and many live artist demonstrations, artist vendors, workshops, interactive craft for families, food, and fun! MAY 15 – Beginning in the evening, we’ll kick-off the fun with free fiber-related activities. More details coming soon! MAY 16 – Main event with live demos and hands-on activities about the journey of natural textiles from shearing to finished fabric. International Back to Back Wool Challenge!
